A Day in the Life of a Drain Technician

As our Drain Technician, you'll be engaging with our highly valuable customers on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care by being courteous and helpful. You will arrive at the customer's location promptly and perform repairs on residential drains. Upon completion of services, you'll clean up the work site because we value safety and cleanliness. Your ability to follow and carry out managers' directions will help you accurately complete required jobs in a timely manner according to a set schedule.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Drain Technician Position

To be qualified for the Drain Technician position, previous plumbing related work experience is required. A mechanical and analytical aptitude is a must as well as the ability to follow diagrams and technical instructions. A friendly attitude is imperative as you engage with our customers. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will take our customer service to a whole new level. Your valid driver's license and clean driving record is required and will be an asset to our company.
