CSR/Accounting Clerk

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a team to promote desired company growth. You will book service appointments and do whatever is necessary to exceed customer satisfaction. This position requires dedication, reliability, and consistency. You'll be converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments by delivering call scripts with an authentic cadence; being clear, compelling and personable. You'll also respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting our brand with the utmost professionalism, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging repeat business. In addition, you'll participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling while adhering to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. You'll do all this by maintaining and updating the customer database with complete and accurate information. 

What you Need to be Qualified for this Job

To be qualified for this job, a minimum of 3 years' verifiable experience in the customer service field is required. Also needed is the ability to navigate all components of Microsoft Office with confidence, building spreadsheets, typing word documents, etc. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn new phone scripts and apply the scripts in real time and will have the ability to understand business acumen, cost per call, call prioritization, etc.
